When Google chose Included Health as their primary benefits platform, I led the creative launch, creating print and digital assets, as well as messaging guidelines for account managers, internal benefits leaders, and executive leadership. I’ve since used creative to increase member satisfaction scores, designed onboarding email sequences, and redesigned the Google microsite. The website I developed has an impressive 64% conversation rate.
