Rebranding Included Health
Included Health was three different start-up companies, each with a different mission and product.
After merging, there was a need for a new, inclusive brand that would make Included Health look, feel, and sound like the billion-dollar unicorn our leadership team envisioned.
My role was to create the voice, tone, and corresponding copy that would go into all our marketing materials. I worked with the Executive Creative Director, the Design Lead, and the Chief Marketing Office to establish and implement a brand voice that was easy, utilitarian, and conversational to set us apart in a crowded field of healthcare solutions. The brand voice I developed would become the standard across the company and led to increase performance across all member channels.
