Included Health: Innovation

Included Health was and remains very a start-up with the culture to show for it. We were always trying to do new things, which took a look of time-management skills, creative thinking, and adaptability. 

As the lead copywriter and a key brand leader, I was involved across all marketing channels and partnered with key leaders around the org to develop new channels  like Slack bots and AI chat bots. I played a role in guiding the overall member experience, including for at-home palliative care programs. I also worked directly with clients—including Google, Salesforce, JP Morgan Chase—to re-envision how they marketed Included Health and their benefits offering to 100,000s of employees.
