Asset Management & Content Strategy


With hundreds of clients, Included Health needed a robust library of marketing materials that could be customized for individual clients. Keeping such a library up to date, making the interface user friendly, and generating utilization was a missing part of the infrastructure of Included Health’s marketing team. 

I led the effort to overhaul the existing library by adding more assets, expediting the production process, and improving the user experience. Doing so allowed the Marketing Team to focus on higher priority requests while repurposing existing assets at scale. The experience below is the result of the work: a searchable, tagged system of up-to-date marketing assets for all clients.
